PAPER LIFTS VEIL OFF PAK DESIGN
Close to former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s disclosures about the hand of Pakistan establishment and non-state actors in the 26/11 terror attacks in India, a fresh document has emerged that proves that Pakistani agencies not only arm, train and protect terrorists but also facilitate them to carry out attacks in neighbouring countries like India and Afghanistan.
In a latest, a certificate issued by Pakistan’s Bannu Cantonment incharge has surfaced that clearly reveals that four Taliban terrorists were trained and released by Pakistan Army to carry out attacks in Afghanistan and they had full patronage of the Pakistan Army.
The certificate issued by Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Aamir, sub sector commander of Bannu Cantonment, names four Taliban members and the list of weapons with them. The certificate says these four men having Computerised National Identity Cards (CNIC) mentioned against their names are working with “this setup” (Pakistan military). “They are allowed to carry weapons along vehicle BS-347 of this set up for self protection in Bannu, FR Bannu and Lakki Marwat (all southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa areas in Pakistan),” the certificate said.
The certificate lists Gul Zaman (son of Qalandar Khan) carrying Kalashnikov rifle with four magazines having 120 rounds and a 9 mm pistol with two magazine with 50 rounds; Muhammad Ishaq (son of Abdul Aziz) with a Kalashnikov rifle and four magazines with 120 rounds; Salamat Khan (son of Malik Khan) carrying Kalashnikov rifle and four magazines with 120 rounds, and Shabib Rehman (son of Gul Sardar) carrying Kalashnikov rifle and four magazines with 120 rounds, along with their CNIC numbers. It adds that any complaint with regard these men should be communicated/clarified from Lt Col Aamir on his mobile number given on the certificate. The certificate is valid up to June 30, 2018.
According to Afghanistan’s former intelligence chief Rahmatullah Nabil, these Taliban terrorists under the command of Bahaval Khan alias Salahuddin of Mullah Nazir group, Hafiz Gul Bahadar factions and Haqqani Network were brought back from training camps of Muzaffarabad, Manshera, Naushera and Jhelum to North and South Waziristan and they will be send as fighters to Paktika, Khost, Paktia , Ghazni-Wardak and Logar in Afghanistan to destablise the region and fight the American and Afghanistan security forces. Pakistan considers these men as “good Taliban”.
“Pak is just like superstore of terrorism. You can find any sort of terrorist there! Terrorist in uniform, without uniform, retired, long beard, short beard, shaved, foreigner, young, old! Any type of terrorists, just name it!” Nabil said on Twitter.
In an interview to Pakistan’s Dawn newspaper, former PM Nawaz Sharif confessed to the involvement of Pak based terrorists in the Mumbai terror attacks in 2008 saying militant organisations were still active in Pakistan.
“Militant organisations are active. Call them non-state actors, should we allow them to cross the border and kill 150 people in Mumbai? Explain it to me. Why can’t we complete the trial?…It’s absolutely unacceptable. This is exactly what we are struggling for. President Putin has said it. President Xi has said it,” Sharif told Dawn newspaper.
